Your Aon ID is a personal number we assign that provides you with a unique identifier and allows you to create your secure online account.
Before you compare, select or enroll in a plan, we'll send your personal Aon ID number in your appointment letter so you can establish your online account. You'll receive it via mail several weeks before your appointment.
If you're unable to locate your Aon ID, please call the number on the communications you've received from Aon Retiree Health Exchange or 1-800-350-1470, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. Central Time. Closed on holidays, extended hours during Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period.
