Your Alight ID number is a personal number we assign that provides you with a unique identifier and allows you to create your secure online account. If you had an Aon ID number, that number is the same as your Alight ID number.

Before you enroll in a plan, we'll send your Alight ID number in your appointment letter so you can create your online account. You'll receive it several weeks before your appointment.

If you're unable to locate your Alight ID number, please call the number on the communications you've received from Alight Retiree Health Solutions or call 1-800-350-1470, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Central Time. We are closed on holidays, and offer extended hours during the Medicare annual open enrollment period.
